In the last days of September, God has blessed our lives with new and unpredictable paths walked with him to the extension of the faith that He has given us and that continues to amplify every day through the trials and difficulties which we live. The Lord invites us to share his happiness for us, his bride and says through Isaiah 54:1 "Sing, O barren, that bearest not, break forth into loud cries of joy, you who were never in labor; For the children the desolate will be more than the children of the married wife, saith the LORD. "God invites us to broaden our vision, to look beyond our beliefs and religious dogma. He says :"2 enlarge the place of thy tent, and towels of your houses to relax without saving, lengthen thy cords, and strengthen thy stakes, 3 because you expand to the right and to the left, and thy seed shall possess the nations and will people the desolate cities. In these verses we are invited as his bride to be flexible, expanding like a tent which is our relationship with God, the knowledge of Him and what he want to be done through us.
We realized how important it is to be open to any type of reaction on the part of religious people, who have not received Jesus as their savior and seek God with all their heart. Others will come from denominations which have not experienced the fullness of the joy of Jesus' resurrection, which does not yet have a personal relationship with God, but that in the first case seek him with all their might.
Last but not least are those who have received Jesus, but do not live a life full of His love, of his joy, because they are not free in Him through His Holy Spirit. For it is written that "where the spirit of God is there is freedom, freedom to live the abundant life that He gave us, His love for us through the death and resurrection by giving us the opportunity to be redeemed from death and sin.
Brothers and sisters where is the joy of the Lord if we do not live it first, where is freedom in the spirit if we don’t experience it , where is God's promise of a restored life, if we do not live it, which give testimony of the bride of Christ restored through the fullness of the Holy Spirit?
"In the last days, the hearts will grow cold" says the Bible; in fact, the more we know brothers and sisters who say they are in Christ, the more we cannot say that they give good testimony of acceptance, love, compassion. We know that the Italian church has not yet seen the revival in many parts of the nation, but this does not justify behavior that would be called non-Christian against brothers and sisters. We know so many people along the way and God teaches us how to protect ourselves when so-called brothers and sisters lack brotherly love. We are mature Christians, but the problem is for those who know them and who do not know Christ except through them. I pray that God shall compel their hearts and renew their minds, making them kneel before the throne of God asking for forgiveness and submit to His will. It's not the hypocrisy that leads people to salvation, but the testimony of His love in us.
It's important to give a good testimony for Christ, to open the doors to our brothers and sisters called to restore the walls of Jerusalem, Nehemiah, (Isaiah 58:12 ) to repair the wounds of broken hearts by spirits of judgments and false doctrine, because only through the complete restoration of this lazy and sleeping bride who is afraid that Jesus calls her to come out as in the Song of Song , we will see the morning star, Jesus' return.
It is written that not everyone will see Him. Brothers and sisters when we oppose the will of God, we only have problems that ultimately lead us to the life from which we came and return to our old man. When we close our hearts, our homes, Jesus certainly does not stop because we close the doors of our homes. It is written that the disciples had received a clear instruction about it and that when in a city there was no welcome they were encouraged to turn and shake the dust from their sandals at that city, and the houses of those who had not met with them and the word of God ( Mt 10:7-15 ).
Why does the church close doors to Christ instead of opening them wide to Him to get out of her spiritual death, because many prefer to be ill and sick asking God to just end it without giving testimony to the love received from Christ? Too busy eating and comfortable in the bed in which they are instead of serving outside of our four walls of the house? Why don’t we walk our talks in church when we go back home and on the road we use our tongues to bear false witness? Why do we say peace, peace, but there is not peace in the church? (Ezekiel 36:3 )
Does the Holy Spirit dwell in us? Did we receive it, Do we live in His power? If so, how can we treat our brothers like strangers? Worse, with strangers we can be even more hypocritical and smile saying that all is well while we're dead inside. How can we have other spirits in us if we have received the Holy Spirit? (Galatians 5 : 22-23)
The Holy Spirit does not allow other spirits to dwell in us if we received it. We need to receive the Holy Spirit so that we may live the fullness of the abundant life that God has promised us. And also it is important to know that the scriptures are clear against the liars Rom 3:13, hypocrites. Why should we be part of this group of people and not really look to His will and truth in Him?
It is important that we ask forgiveness from God and before the brothers to which we made false testimony, before we approach God's throne. When we ask the Holy Spirit, we do not need to be in a crowd, in the plenary conference in front of others , in places where we are visible as the hypocrites do, just pray in your room, in the intimacy that God always gives us when we truly seek him, (Acts 19:6 ) in our prayer group, with our friends, in the bathroom at home, wherever you want, but let’s ask that the Spirit may dwell in us, that He may govern our lives, renew us, to bring us peace, to fill our mouth, that every word shall be uttered by Him and be not from our mind, that we may receive Him in us, that we may receive any gift He has promised us (Psalm 126: 2 ), ( 1 Corinthians 14:22 ) (John 7:37-52 ); (Heb 2:4 ).
Do not be embarrassed, even rage, saying you believe you are not holy enough to receive the Holy Spirit, because each of us (I Corinthians 12:4-11 ) has a time and a path with God and none is alike. God knows us and knows how to act, how to encourage, how to get rid of our frustrations, as we seek (Ps 12:4 ). With God all things are possible, do not try to retain the field, do not close Jesus Christ, in a box. The Holy Spirit is freedom, He goes where He wants and acts as He sees fit. Let us work as clay in His hands, having a healthy fear of God ( 1 Corinthians 14:22 ).
The love of Christ: Church we need love ( 1 Corinthians 13:8 ), compassion for the lost, for those who live on the margins of society and that no one deign to look. Brothers and sisters, the love of Christ does not stop on Sunday morning for worship in the prayer group where we easily become big like peacocks to show our Biblical knowledge and appoint a thousand times the name of God in prayer trying to be noticed for the sanctity of our prayers. The love of Christ comes as soon as we leave the church, as soon as we see someone we do not like, just as a poor man who asks us for help, as soon as there is a patient who is dying and who needs comfort, just as a dog that asks us for something to eat and we chase it away for fear of being attacked (1Corinthians 13:1).
Jesus uses men, animals and all kinds of things to make us understand His will and manages to shame us with a few words and deeds when we have no compassion for the souls who seek Him, not us and our false doctrines and beliefs. Jesus uses who wants and how he wants to bring souls to Christ, and if we are too convinced and not excited about what He wants to do in this country, He will use others, we will come wiped out from God's plan and will pay the consequences. It is useless to say lies, brothers, God is grace and He gives us many opportunities to get back on track. Do NOT tempt Him. It's a very bad sin to disobey the Holy Spirit. We will be like those in the Bible who were invited to the party, but did not show up, then the owner took people on the street and brought them to the palace (Luke 14 , 15-24).
Brothers and sisters, we will see many blessings pass by without being able to reach us if we won't be aligned to God's plan and will continue to do things our own. I invite you to listen to the Holy Spirit and not to resist Him. God uses all things according to His righteousness, His will and not our own, then let our mind be at rest, Jesus exists but is not us. We have to agree we make mistakes and move on with our differences in the love ( 1 Corinthians 13:8 ) He has taught us.
